Beautiful pan but I can’t seem to make it nonstick. I followed the instructions from their YouTube. It is very well made and a work of art but I just can’t seem to make it work for me. Maybe I’ll just use it to sear some meats and deal with the fact that it’s not non stick. The YouTube video on how to keep it clean is very useful since I can’t get it to be nonstick.

Additionally, we recommend lowering your heat level, as high heat can potentially overpower delicate ingredients, which may have contributed to the sticking.
