It’s true: vermicular is more fun to cook with than all clad. I’ve got an induction cooktop and Vermicular is perfect for that. Very quick to heat up and very responsive when I turn the heat down. Also, there’s something sensual about this cookware. Don’t forget to buy the lids, too. They’re very useful.

I use this pan everyday! I used to use small and large heavy iron skillets. When one of my friends visited with me (she helped me for cooking too 😀), she recommended me about this deep skillet!!! It’s so useful just as she was telling me. I also like that this skillet does not react to any food such as a tomato. I plan to purchase other products from vermicular!

I own other pans. This has been the most versatile and fun to use.

This pan is great! We use it for almost everything now. It is large enough to accommodate most meals we used to make in a saucepan or dutch oven and much more manageable. We follow the 90 second preheat + oil recommendation and it works great and we have had very few issues with food sticking. Still a little apprehensive to try it with eggs, but french toast, pancakes, risotto, pasta dishes, steak, stews, etc. have all been great to make in this pan. The 28 cm Deep is also such a versatile size and I would love to get more in the future, but this seems to be a great size to start with and will work for almost anything we want to make.

Loving the DEEP - since our first Vermicular buy a couple of years WHY would buy skillets anywhere else!!
