Oven-Safe Skillet & Stainless Steel Lid | 24cm Deep

I purchased the largest Oven Safe pan. It arrived in perfect shape. The boxing was very nice. The pan itself is visibly stunning. Just beautiful. Immediately I noticed how very light it is. As an older person, I appreciate the lightness of the pan. The Enameled coating is wonderful. Unique. I have other Enameled Cast Iron pans, from France, but the Vermicular Global pan is far superior. The food that I cook comes out tasting a bit better. The flavor is elevated. Enhanced. I feel that the proprietary Enamel coating is the reason. I now use the Oven Safe pan daily. It's just that good. Very easy clean up too. Hot water and a sponge. Dish soap when needed. I'm proud to own this Oven Safe pan. I'll be buying another or two. They are just that good. I actually look forward to cooking in my Oven Safe pan because it's such a joy to use, and the taste of the cooked food is so good too. Nothing against the two French brands, but this Vermicular Global pan is the one to have. You want the BEST, then buy the BEST!
