This pan is great! We use it for almost everything now. It is large enough to accommodate most meals we used to make in a saucepan or dutch oven and much more manageable. We follow the 90 second preheat + oil recommendation and it works great and we have had very few issues with food sticking. Still a little apprehensive to try it with eggs, but french toast, pancakes, risotto, pasta dishes, steak, stews, etc. have all been great to make in this pan. The 28 cm Deep is also such a versatile size and I would love to get more in the future, but this seems to be a great size to start with and will work for almost anything we want to make.

I have several frying pans, but the depth of this one makes it perfect for steaming vegetables and cooking things like frittatas and Spanish tortillas. It is nonstick and can go from stovetop to oven. The heat is evenly distributed. The pans is light weight.

I purchased these to replace nonstick pans that had worn out. This was a great choice. By following the instructions for use, the pans are easy to clean. They also distribute heat very evenly.

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this skillet! It’s everything Vermicular promised and more: high performance, lightweight, easy to clean and store. The skillet also came with a beautiful instruction manual and recipes, many of which I have already made and find to be delicious. This skillet does not disappoint and has inspired me to cook more often it’s that great!
