I own other brands of cast iron, and vermicular sure is the lightest cast iron pan! For our family of 4, 28cm deep pan is perfect. Especially, the deep option makes it possible for various kinds of cooking, including stir fry, fried rice, pasta, etc. It’s easy to clean, and some stubborn oil residues can easily come off with baking soda, vinegar, dish soap paste. I will consider getting a smaller size soon!
