This has quickly become my go to for making small single serving dishes. I love steam-roast Japanese sweet potatoes. You can squeeze in a small-medium size potato, bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes depending on thickness of potato. They come out great, creamy texture, full flavor and piping hot.

The pot itself is beautifully crafted. Except our came slightly DAMAGED. Vermicular CS was excellent to work with on sending out a new one to us. We coveted the products for a long time and finally ordered one.
I'm glad we did because they are excellent. The lid that comes with the pot is really well sealed as you must use the lid and pot combo that's come together.
We will most likely buy more once we relocate to a bigger place!
