I just got this pot when it was first released and have already used it for so many different applications from searing to stews and making dashi.
I love the matte pink finish and it just fits so beautifully as a decorative piece in my kitchen that also happens to be a workhorse.
I use a lot of cast iron cookware and my biggest complaint is always the weight of these larger Dutch ovens. This Dutch oven seems to cover all the bases with a reduced weight which is so nice. The tolerance on the lid is so tight and you can tell it’s made to last.

The pot is excellent and in a class of its own.
The included recipes are something else. I rate most of them at 2 or below on a 1 to 5 scale. There are plenty of internet-active popular and expert American chefs who could make valuable contributions to this outstanding product.

I’m super impressed by the high quality of the product. The color is so elegant and the seal is precise. I’ve used it for some vegetable dishes, soup, and curry, without needing to add any water. The vegetables turned out to be sweet and tasty. I’m definitely considering buying another product from Vermicular!
