I cooked rice with it and it was so delicious. And the rice is cooked quickly. I used the frying pan to make delicious vegetable fried rice. I also use it every day for other purposes.

First , the aesthetics of this pot… simple clean line with rich surface texture. Looking at it, you have the urge to use it!
Second, the function of sealing and retaining heat, make it a perfect vessel to braise, stew, simmer without loosing flavour.
The only negative point: it is expensive!!

I have a Masui Kamado and an Oven Pot (22cm). I love both and have been using them a lot for various dishes. I just purchased an Oven Pot 2.0 (26cm) with a sanding handle. After using it for a few weeks, I regret choosing the sanding handle. I personally think it'll work better with a smaller pot. And it takes extra space in the oven, too. I would have picked the regular knob withstands if I knew it. Regarding quality, I prefer my Oven Pot to the Oven Pot 2.0.
