I tried salmon rice. it tastes like a Michelline restaurant rice dish. It’s so magical. I’m so glad that I bought it.

I use high end rice cookers from Japan and have to use a voltage counter to use them. Vermicular eliminated the converter step for me and the cooked rice is high quality. Being able to use as a dutch oven broadens its use for me. A longer power cord would make things even better.

This single piece of cookware has replaced three things: my rice maker, my slow cooker and my yogurt maker. I use it nearly every day and have had great success with each trial. It is easy to clean, and with a bit of effort I have become familiar with the program. I have used for a variety of recipes including spaghetti, soup, rice casserole, and I have plans for fondue. I am very happy with this pot, and highly recommend it.
