I've been reading/watching reviews about Vermicular, continuously hearing wonderful feedbacks from my friends in Asia. Finally got the chance to see it in person at the pop-up event. I love my pot. The temperature control is very precise. I've made stew, rice and soup so far. I love how you just use the timer and don't need to worry about it after simply loading in your ingredients. The rim is not coated, but neither is my Le Creuset pot. I give it a wipe with dry cloth after cleaning. It's not too humid in my area, so it really has not been an issue at all.
Also the customer service was impeccable when the shipping cause minor cosmetic damage on the product. Very satisfied.
The only complain from me would be the cleaning. The instruction says you're only suppose to use the sponge, so I've been avoid using the hard side of the scrub sponge on it, which really slow things down. I have to do soaking or boiling sometimes to clean the tough stuff. Wish it was even easier.
