I love the design on this list. I have a small galley kitchen and it's great to be able to place the lid on the counter upright when cooking. The seal is very well done. I've been able to steam roast vegetables in just a few minutes. Don't skip adding a lid to your skillet purchase. The lid fits best on my Vermicular pan but has worked well on a carbon steel pan that I have of the same size.
