My brother gifted me this deep frying pan for birthday/Christmas and it is my favorite pan. I’m thinking of throwing out all the pans and replacing them with Vermicular. I love it so much, it’s going to be a gift for everyone in my family. Love it!

After extensive research, I decided on this frying pan based on size, light weight, and maintenance plus I wanted something somewhat nonstick but not coated with a Teflon type material. This pan heats up and cooks wonderfully and clean up is very easy. It does not need seasoning which is convenient. I do not regret this purchase and highly recommend. Note that you should not use metal tools when cooking with this pan.
