    Best ROI Frying Pan

    I have been using a 26cm deep frying pan to cook over the past year and it has been so simple to cook in and clean versus a standard cast iron pan. Both the lid and pan can easily be cleaned right after cooking and while still hot. Simply wash while still hot with cold water, and then gently scrub with a bit of soap and a sponge. Lastly, put the pan on top of the hot burner to make sure that it drys sufficiently.

    I use the pan most to cook steaks. Add a few table spoons of avocado oil to a hot pan. Add a seasoned steak and turn down the burner setting to low. Cook for 2-3 minutes with lid covering the pan. Flip the seasoned steak over and cook 8-9 minutes on low for every pound of steak for a well-done steak.

    I'll be using the smaller (20cm) frying pan (not deep) to cook sauces, omelets, pancakes and side dishes.

    The size is good for doing stir fry, deep enough to keep all ingredients inside the pan without frying everywhere. Love it. Also big enough to do 2 grilled sandwich at the same time.

    One thing is when cooking pasta, it's heavy to lift up the pan using one hand to pour the pasta into the plate.

    Lightweight beauty

    Love how crispy my fish get. Just wish I could get it to be better nonstick for dumplings and eggs. My beat up no brand cast iron is perfect for it but haven’t figured out how to make it truly nonstick for these items.

    Love this lightweight cast iron pan

    I really light the weight of this cast iron pan and it’s the perfect size for everyday cooking. It’s become my go to pan. It’s also easy to take care of since it’s dishwasher safe (but I’m still treating it like my baby since it’s so new!) I also bought the matching lid and like how it stands up on its own. I’m now contemplating buying the slightly larger size for making bigger portions
