The Egg & Toast Pan is a rectangular enameled cast iron pan inspired by Japan’s traditional tamagoyaki pan. While typically made from copper or aluminum for quick heat response, tamagoyaki pans have rarely been crafted from cast iron—until now. Reimagined with Japanese craftsmanship and precision engineering, it balances heat conductivity with heat retention to deliver exceptional efficiency—perfect for Japanese rolled omelets, toast, and seared vegetables.

Well made and fun to use

I really like this pan. It is well made, sturdy, and great looking. I use it like you would a small pan. The only small detail you may have to be careful about is that the edges of the pan are slightly sharp so careful when washing it.

    Love it!

Like my other Vermicular pans and the induction pot, this is a great product. Like all enameled pans and pots, a film sometimes shows up on the black finish. That is easily removed by simmering water in the pan with a small amount of white vinegar and baking soda. The film doesn't affect the pans, as it's only a visual distraction. Once cleaned, the pans and pots look brand new.
