The Vermicular Musui-Kamado has completely transformed the way I cook. From the moment I started using it, I could tell this was not just another pot—it’s a precision cooking tool. I’ve used my Musui-Kamado a few times already and so far I am very impressed with its cooking performance. It’s a solid piece of kitchen gear and cooks extremely well. It heats very quickly and does exactly what I need it to do.

I originally bought this instead of a slow cooker because I felt I’d get better performance and more versatility out of this. So far I’ve been right.

My only complaint is not with the hardware but I’ve tried a couple recipes on the site that were very soap and a couple that were really bland. I’ll make changes to this next time but I do hope Vermicular gets some more recipes up to go along with my own.
