I have been eyeing on this for years. Finally pull the trigger. My boyfriend was skeptical. I said if we don't buy it, we will never know if it is truly amazing and easy to use. And truly is amazing. I made Taiwanese beef soup and the meat was so tender. It melted in our mouth. Then I made a few more dishes using their recipe book and they all tasted so amazing. My boyfriend agreed it was a really good bye. It saves so much time. We also cooked beets with it. I plan on making a video on Youtube to show how to make Taiwanese beef soup using this amazing gadget. Don't hesitate!

I borrowed a friend’s Kamado and was impressed with it. Purchased to use for cooking rice without a nonstick liner but the versatility is what really sold me. Ability to sear and cook in the same pot is great. Looking forward to converting my slow-cooker favorites for this machine. Cookbook is beautiful!

I have a number of odd cooking appliances including a Groen kettle cooker, Vorwerk Thermomix, a SmokAroma pressure smoker and several water smokers. The MK fits right in notably for reverse sear on smaller cuts of roast and pork. Made well and very accurate temperature control as measured by my class S thermometer.
