    excellent cooker

I am very happy with the decision to buy the Musui-Kamado induction cooker. I primarily use it for rice and find that I get excellent results for both white rice and brown rice. I have also tried some of the recipes in the cookbook that accompanied the cooker, and had good results. I liked the induction cooker so much that we decided to replace our gas stove with an induction range. Highly recommended

    Worth the price

I have loved everything I’ve cooked in there so far. I have made chicken mushroom rice, bibimbap and salmon rice. The way the flavors of the ingredients are so well brought out is amazing. It’s like I’ve never had such fresh tasting food, and the only thing I use to season is soy sauce. The only thing is it is a little hard to clean when I make scorched rice. Last night I spent a long time trying to get rid of the thin layer of burned rice on the bottom of the pot by boiling it on the stove with water, baking soda and vinegar inside. I got rid of most of it but will get a cast iron special sponge going forward.

Cookbook is loaded with fancy photos but yet lack of practical cooking tips that would truly showcase Musui-Kamado's unique functions.
